Description
Our client is seeking a senior associate, Class of 2017, to join their Los Angeles Real Estate group. The role involves handling a broad range of sophisticated real estate, real estate M&A, and private equity transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, syndicated and other loan financings, joint ventures and co-investments, sales/leasebacks, leasing, recapitalizations, restructurings, fund formation, and development. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on complex issues within the real estate industry, representing a diverse array of clients such as developers, lenders, investment banks, pension funds, REITs, private equity funds, investors, and major corporations. The position offers participation in an enhanced mentor program tailored for experienced attorneys, along with professional development opportunities and a hybrid work model.
