Our client is seeking an Associate to join their Litigation group in the Huntington office, offering a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to be part of a thriving practice within an AmLaw100 firm. Located in downtown Huntington, the office is near the Ohio River and Marshall University, serving clients across West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio. The role involves working with a skilled team on various legal areas, including commercial litigation, class actions, product liability, and more. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in commercial or complex litigation, strong communication skills, and preferably West Virginia Bar admission.
