Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified mid-level or senior associate (Class of 2022 or earlier) to join their Employment Practice. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in drafting employment-related documents and agreements, including employment agreements, separation agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, policies, and position statements. Additionally, the role involves counseling clients on a wide range of employment-related issues and providing support for corporate transactions. While experience with employment-related investigations and litigation is advantageous, it is not essential. Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
