Description
Our client is seeking a skilled professional to join their Emerging Companies and Venture Capital (ECVC) practice in either San Francisco or New York. The role involves leading transactions and engaging directly with founders, CEOs, management teams, and boards of directors on the company side, as well as investment partners and general counsel on the investor side. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of ECVC experience and a keen interest in growth industries, with a balanced focus on both company-side and investor-side work. Responsibilities include representing technology and growth companies at various development stages, advising on company formation, equity structures, financing negotiations, and a wide range of corporate matters. On the investor side, the role involves building relationships with institutional investors across diverse industries such as artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, cleantech, digital health, fintech, and life sciences.
