Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an associate attorney to join their Washington, DC office, focusing on international and commercial trade compliance law. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting memoranda, legal opinions, and other client-related documents, advising on cross-border banking and finance projects, and liaising with clients on complex transactions. The role requires conducting research on specific legal issues pertinent to international clients and consulting with U.S. and international clients, principals, associates, and staff.
