Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a mid-level corporate and securities associate for their Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate should have two to six years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities law (including SEC reporting requirements), public and private financings, corporate governance, and related business matters. Candidates must be highly motivated, possess excellent academic credentials, and have experience in a large firm. Admission to the Arizona Bar, or eligibility for admission, is required.
