Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join their Employment Practice. The ideal candidate will have two to six years of experience in employment litigation and counseling, including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery, as well as advising on corporate transactions. Preference will be given to candidates with traditional labor law, OSHA, and/or transactional experience. Strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates must be committed to excellence and be admitted to the Bar in the state where they will work, with options to work from New York, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, or Northern Virginia offices. The role requires adherence to a hybrid work policy, and fully remote candidates will not be considered.
