Description
Our client, a renowned law firm based in Chicago, is seeking mid-level associates (class of 2021-2018) with a background in general finance. The ideal candidates should have experience in drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents. Familiarity with UCC and general corporate experience is also required. A high level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience is preferred. The firm offers an enhanced mentor program focusing on the unique needs of experienced attorneys during professional transitions. They also have an extensive pro bono program that allows attorneys to devote time to causes that match their interests with the legal needs in the community. The firm operates on a hybrid work model, with opportunities to work remotely for specified periods throughout the year.
