Description
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney based in Palo Alto, CA. The successful candidate will manage and implement complex cross-border transactions, draft and negotiate main transaction documents such as stock purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements for multinational clients across various sectors. Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent with a Masters of Law (LLM), and have at least 6 months of experience in corporate legal matters including mergers and acquisitions, private and public equity capital raising, debt financing, and initial public offerings. Experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing transaction documents involving cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions is also required.
