Description
Our client is seeking an experienced employment litigation attorney with a minimum of 8 years in the field to join their team in Los Angeles or San Francisco. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of employment law, including experience with handbook reviews, employment and separation agreements, and handling cases related to harassment, wrongful termination, contract disputes, workplace discrimination, and whistleblower protection. This role offers flexibility, allowing for a 60% FTE position with occasional telework. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and a JD from an accredited law school and be a member of the California Bar. Strong interpersonal communication, analytical skills, and adherence to legal ethics are essential.
