Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney for their Corporate Practice based in Portland, Oregon. The firm's Restaurant Industry Group represents leading restaurant brands, investors, and celebrity personalities in restaurant and related consumer transactions. The firm is consistently ranked among the top in the Am Law Global 100. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of business transactional experience, with experience in M&A, equity financings, and private securities offering being a plus. Candidates should be detail-oriented, client-focused, team-oriented, and capable of producing outstanding work product. The candidate must have strong academic credentials and be a member of or be eligible to waive into the State Bar of Oregon.
