Description
Our client seeks a mid-level/senior associate to join their Asset Finance team in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in aviation finance transactions, with additional experience in general equipment finance or maritime finance being advantageous. Familiarity with capital markets is also a plus. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York, possess immediate transferable skills, and demonstrate a strong academic background with excellent writing abilities.
