Our client is seeking an Associate with 3-4 years of Corporate and Banking experience, particularly in credit agreements and/or leveraged financing facilities, for their New York office. Experience in structured finance or asset-backed finance is a plus. Candidates must be admitted to practice and in good standing in New York.
