Description
Our client is seeking a senior associate to join their Banking & Finance Group in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities. Experience in a large law firm is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, communication skills, and leadership abilities, and be comfortable working directly with clients and collaborating with team members.
