Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a mid-level to senior associate attorney with at least four years of experience in regulatory enforcement and investigations to join their Financial Services Practice Group. The ideal candidate should have expertise in bank and consumer financial protection regulations, including fair lending and laws against unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices. Strong advocacy and communication skills are essential, along with experience in government investigations and supervisory examinations. Familiarity with fintech is advantageous.
