Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a Banking/Structured Finance/Restructuring Associate for their New York office. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in Structured Finance transactions, including ABS and CLO matters, project finance deals, and loan agency. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication and client service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential. New York Bar membership is required.
