Our client, a prestigious AmLaw100 firm, is seeking an associate to join their Real Estate group in either Atlanta or Nashville. The role involves serving as counsel to national financial institutions, focusing on real estate finance and capital markets. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 5 years of experience in bankruptcy and restructuring, particularly with chapter 11 complex bankruptcy and transactional restructuring, and must be admitted to the state Bar of Georgia or Tennessee. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
