Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to join their Finance & Restructuring practice group based in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have experience in secured lending transactions or business bankruptcy, with additional experience in commercial finance or distressed M&A being a plus. The firm is looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a team-based environment, appreciate innovative thinking, and are solutions-oriented. Candidates should be able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with a team. Excellent academic credentials are required, and candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Delaware Bar.
