Description
Our client is seeking a Bankruptcy Associate from the class of 2019-2021 with experience in bankruptcy and restructuring. The successful candidate will join a growing Financial Restructuring group that represents creditors, investors, and distressed companies in various in-court and out-of-court restructuring matters globally. The role involves representing first and second lien lenders, bondholders, hedge funds, and other creditors; acting in contested U.S. and multinational insolvencies, restructurings, and bankruptcies; handling multidisciplinary cross-border deals; and appearing before trial and appellate courts in complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 matters. The ideal candidate should have substantive experience in representing stakeholders in large scale, complex U.S. and cross-border bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.
