Description
Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate for their Dallas office with 5-8 years of experience in general corporate matters, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. While securities law knowledge is preferred, it is not mandatory. The successful candidate will join the Corporate, M&A, and Securities Practice Group and must be self-motivated, confident, personable, and a team player with excellent professional and academic credentials.
