Description
Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate for their Ft. Lauderdale or Orlando office, requiring 3-5 years of experience in employment matters such as Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and state counterpart litigation. The ideal candidate will be an excellent writer with experience in Federal and State Courts, EEOC, and other federal and state agencies. They should be knowledgeable in discovery and motion practice, detail-oriented, capable of independently managing day-to-day cases with minimal supervision, adaptable, and eager to learn.
