Description
Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate for their Orlando or Ft. Lauderdale office, requiring 3-5 years of experience in handling employment matters such as Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and related state litigation. The ideal candidate should possess strong writing skills, experience in Federal and State Courts, and familiarity with EEOC and other federal and state agencies. Proficiency in discovery and motion practice, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision are essential. Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong motivation to learn are also key. A Florida Bar membership is mandatory.
