Description
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a highly motivated associate to join their Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice Group. The role is based in Raleigh, NC and involves a combination of bankruptcy, insolvency, and creditor’s rights, including all aspects of creditors rights representation such as bankruptcy, workouts, restructurings, receiverships, collateral liquidations, commercial collections, and judgment enforcement. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in business bankruptcy, insolvency, and related litigation. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing for and attending trials, hearings, and depositions, and handling routine calls and correspondence. Candidates must be licensed or immediately eligible to be licensed in North Carolina, and possess excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills.
