Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join its national Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group in Richmond. This full-time, partnership-track position requires at least one year of commercial bankruptcy experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and a demonstrated interest in bankruptcy/restructuring. Former and current U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judicial Clerks are encouraged to apply. A Virginia bar license is preferred and required within one year of joining.
