Description
Our client’s Bankruptcy Practice Group is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Chicago office. This multidisciplinary Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice provides comprehensive services in restructuring and insolvency proceedings from the pre-workout phase through litigation, if necessary. They represent a range of stakeholders, including corporate debtors, investors, asset purchasers, committees, bondholders, secured and unsecured creditors, parties dealing with distressed businesses, officers, directors, and other interested parties in corporate restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings, and related litigation throughout the United States. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant bankruptcy law experience and/or recent bankruptcy court judicial clerkship experience, along with excellent legal analysis and writing skills, academic credentials, and references. Candidates must be licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are applying.
