Description
Our client has an opening for a Bankruptcy Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The position is available in either the Philadelphia or Wilmington offices. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal memoranda on bankruptcy and litigation issues, preparing routine bankruptcy motions and notices, attending court hearings, coordinating electronic court filings, researching and accessing dockets, and maintaining case calendars and filing deadlines. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, personable team players with excellent academic and professional credentials. Admission to practice law in the state of residence is required.
