Description
Our client is seeking an associate with three or more years of experience in bankruptcy, workout, and/or relevant commercial litigation to join their Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice group in New Orleans. The role involves representing lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, and businesses in restructuring and insolvency matters, including default resolutions, collections, repossessions, loan workouts, and bankruptcy-related cases in both federal and state courts. Familiarity with real estate, maritime, and/or energy law is advantageous. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic bankruptcy practice with significant client interaction. Candidates should possess excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills, along with good judgment and attention to detail.
