Our client’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Group is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their practice in Baltimore. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding academic credentials, and strong research, writing, and analytical abilities. The role involves significant responsibility in handling civil litigation matters, and candidates with clerkship or prior law firm experience are preferred. A juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and admission to the relevant jurisdiction’s bar in good standing are required.
