Our client an elite law firm is in search of a mid to senior level associate to join their financial restructuring division. Candidates for the position should have substantial experience representing creditors, committees, debtors, shareholders, sponsors, and fiduciaries, with an emphasis on litigation relating to bankruptcy plans and lawsuits involving claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent conveyance, and equitable subordination.
