BANKRUPTCY LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (0258)
Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a mid-level to senior associate with a minimum of three years' experience to join its litigation group. The ideal candidate will have experience in large transactions in various stages of bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases, on behalf of major parties in interest, and in both creditor and debtor sides. Strong litigation skills and a deep understanding of complex bankruptcy matters are essential. Experience in a law firm setting, including responsibility for pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and arguing motions is preferred. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills are required.
