Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated Bankruptcy Associate to join their Litigation team in New York. This role offers the chance to engage in a multidisciplinary practice, working closely with senior team members and participating in client-facing activities. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of experience in Creditor’s Rights Litigation, with a strong background in drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, and appearing in various courts. Familiarity with commercial loans, collateral repossession, and the Uniform Commercial Code is essential. A J.D. degree and admission to practice in New York are required. The position supports professional growth through training and mentoring, with a hybrid work policy in place.
