Our client, a highly regarded law firm recognized as one of Fortune’s Best Places to Work, is seeking an associate attorney to join their Bankruptcy & Restructuring group in either Chicago, Los Angeles, or Phoenix. The firm prides itself on a culture of collaboration, client dedication, and mutual respect. The Bankruptcy & Restructuring group handles a variety of cases, representing debtors, official committees, acquirers, and significant creditors in both out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings nationwide, as well as bankruptcy litigation involving fraudulent and preferential transfers. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and 2-5 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm, with bankruptcy clerkship experience preferred.
