Description
Our client is seeking an IP Associate or Patent Agent to join their expanding Intellectual Property group in Boston. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in biological sciences and at least two years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, evaluating patent portfolios, and conducting due diligence investigations. A Ph.D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field is required, along with registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Experience in a law firm is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent academic credentials, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
