Description
Our client is seeking a patent agent or technology specialist to join their dynamic Intellectual Property group in Boston. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the biological sciences and a commitment to exceptional client service. A Ph.D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related discipline is required, along with registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Candidates should have at least three years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, with additional experience in IP due diligence and FTO analyses being advantageous. Excellent academic credentials and outstanding organizational and communication skills are essential.
