Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a highly motivated litigation associate with three to four years of experience to join its Business & Commercial Disputes practice in Charlotte. The role involves defending global companies on complex legal issues, including trial work. Ideal candidates will have experience in North Carolina Superior Court, Business Court, and Federal District Courts, with additional experience in Bankruptcy Courts being advantageous. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery processes, and arguing at hearings. Strong communication skills, a client-focused attitude, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
