Description
Our client, a prominent international law firm, is seeking a Senior Business Immigration Attorney for their Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of specialized experience in business immigration, including proficiency in I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS, and DOJ audits. The role also requires extensive knowledge of nonimmigrant visas (H1B, L-1, TN, O1, etc.), immigrant visas, and PERM applications. Applicants should possess excellent client service and communication skills, strong case management abilities, and advanced writing and analytical skills. Experience in managing a large client base is advantageous.
