Description
Our client is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Business Immigration team at any of their US office locations, including Chicago, New York, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, or Miami. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of employment-based immigration experience, with a preference for 15 years, and a proven track record in managing paralegals and administrative staff. Expertise in handling various employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant work authorization categories is essential, along with the ability to independently manage client relationships with Foreign Nationals, HR Contacts, and In-House Lawyers. Experience with I-9s and E-Verify is a plus. A J.D. degree with strong academic credentials and admission in the applicable jurisdiction is required.
