The position can be based in Seattle, Los Angeles, or Austin. The firm prides itself on a culture of collaboration, dedication to clients, and mutual respect. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in employment-based immigration matters, including developing immigration strategies, programs, and processes for corporate employers to manage their foreign national workforce. Strong academic credentials, references, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively are required. Responsibilities include assessing eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status in the United States, reviewing casework, developing case strategies, supervising paralegal staff, drafting responses to requests for evidence, and staying abreast of changes in the law.
