BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (0320)
Description
Our client is seeking a business litigation associate to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to practice in all phases of general commercial, civil, and business litigation matters with a national and international client base. The ideal candidate will have a solid background and prior experience in complex commercial litigation such as consumer class actions, antitrust litigation, disputes involving commercial/industrial buildings or other real estate, securities and shareholder litigation, corporate governance disputes, real estate financing and development disputes, and/or multi-district or multi-forum litigation. Successful candidates will have two to four years of law firm experience in a litigation-based practice, excellent academic credentials, strong organization skills, attention to detail, writing and analytical skills, and active membership in the New Jersey bar. Experience with the discovery process and e-discovery is required, and deposition, hearing, oral argument experience, and understanding the needs of large/institutional clients is a plus.
