Description
Our client, a prominent Business Litigation practice group, is seeking an Associate with valid licenses in Hawaii and California. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of state and federal court litigation experience, including product liability, drafting pleadings, taking depositions, arguing discovery motions, and preparing for trials and arbitration hearings. Superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and impressive academic and professional credentials are required.
