Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a mid-level Business Litigation associate to join their team in New York. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of commercial litigation experience, preferably with a focus on construction. Outstanding academic credentials, a strong work ethic, excellent writing and research skills, and prior clerkship experience (though not required) are essential. The selected associate will be involved in complex commercial litigation matters in a sophisticated and diverse practice.
