Description
Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their dynamic Litigation group based in Columbia, South Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, expanding practice that provides a wide range of litigation services to clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of significant experience in commercial litigation within a large law firm setting, exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, and strong academic credentials. Proficiency in case management and readiness to take the lead are also required. The candidate must be admitted to the South Carolina Bar. This role offers the chance to work with a team of experienced litigators with substantial courtroom experience at both state and federal levels.
