Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a litigation associate to join their team in Raleigh. The firm boasts a robust litigation practice, handling some of the largest cases locally and nationally. They are seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience in complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice. Experience as a federal court clerk is highly valued. Candidates with deposition and court experience, legal research skills, drafting motions and briefs, managing complex e-discovery, preparing deposition outlines and exhibits, and skills in fact investigation and development will be given preference. The firm expects all associates to participate in business development efforts and values diversity. Candidates must be licensed or immediately eligible to be licensed in North Carolina, have excellent academic credentials, and outstanding written and oral communication skills.
