BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (0925)
Description
Our client is seeking a Business Litigation Associate with three to five years of law firm experience in a litigation-based practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to practice in all phases of general commercial, civil, and business litigation matters with a national and international client base. The role requires a solid background and prior experience in complex commercial litigation such as consumer class actions, antitrust litigation, merger and acquisition litigation, securities and shareholder litigation, corporate governance disputes, real estate financing and development disputes, and/or multi-district or multi-forum litigation. Emphasis on litigation procedure, including the discovery process and e-discovery, is essential. Deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience is a plus. Excellent academic credentials, strong organization skills, attention to detail, writing and analytical skills are required, as is active bar membership.
