The ideal candidate should have three to five years of experience in complex business litigation, including a judicial clerkship if possible. The role requires excellent academic credentials, superb written and oral advocacy skills, and experience managing large and sophisticated litigation matters. The successful candidate will be part of a commercial litigation practice that represents a wide range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution venues.
