Description
Our client, a prominent Business Litigation practice group, is seeking an Associate with valid Hawaii and California bar admissions to join their team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of state and federal court litigation experience, including product liability, drafting pleadings, taking depositions, arguing discovery motions, and preparing for trials and arbitration hearings. Candidates must possess excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
