Description
Our client is seeking a litigation associate to join their San Francisco, California office. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in complex business disputes, a strong understanding of civil procedure, and experience in depositions and court appearances. The role requires active participation in business development and a commitment to diversity. Candidates must be licensed or eligible for immediate licensure in California, possess excellent academic credentials, and have outstanding written and oral communication skills.
