Description
Our client seeks a litigation associate with 2-4 years of business litigation experience for their Boston office. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school and strong legal writing and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a mid-size to large law firm, with expertise in drafting pleadings, conducting research, and managing discovery in financial, securities, or other complex civil litigation. A federal or state appellate clerkship is a plus. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts. Interested candidates should submit a brief cover letter, resume, JD transcript, and a writing sample.
