Description
Our client is seeking an associate with three to five years of experience in medical malpractice, laboratory medicine, and professional liability matters for their Tampa or Miami office. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Florida. While a clerkship and employment litigation experience are preferred, they are not required. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills and be eager to develop litigation skills, including taking and defending depositions, arguing motions in federal and state court, working with expert witnesses, and preparing for trial.
