Description
Our client is seeking a senior business litigation associate to join their Irvine, California office. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in complex business disputes, a strong grasp of civil procedure, and significant courtroom experience, including second chair trial experience. Responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, managing litigation cases, and participating in business development efforts. Candidates must be licensed or eligible for immediate licensure in California, possess excellent academic credentials, and demonstrate outstanding written and oral communication skills.
